Pick up from your hotel to the Mae Ping river which is the main artery running through Chiang Mai, You can take a long tail speed boat cruise along the river passing beautiful scenery and end with a visit to a local Thai farm which grows its own herbs, vegetables, and fruit in season. You then head off to Wat Chai Mongkol where you can make merit releasing birds and fish.
