You head off from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai nick named the city of beautiful women. On route you will visit he Meakajan hot spring where guests can relax and have refreshments. Continuing on to Wat Rongkoon which is a fairy tale lovers delight. The white temple designed and built by a Thai artist is now a major attraction of Thai’s and Tourists alike. Then continue to visit Yao, Akha hilltribe village.

You are then off to the Measai River, border of Mynmar (Burma) where you have a beautiful view overlooking Burmese mountains, city, and temples. Then off to Opium House Museum at the legendary Maekong river which winds its path through China to the Golden triangle. Standing on Thai soil you see Burma and Laos. Lunch is served at a local restaurant.

The final destination is a visit to the ancient city of Chiangsean, original capital of the Lanna kingdom, originating around 1328, You visit a multitude of sites including, ancient temples, stupas, ancient city wall and moat.

Return to your hotel in Chiang Mai around 08:00 pm or airport drop off for your next destination.
