Tour Itinerary - 4 Days

  • Day 01

    Phitsanulok – Sukhothai

    Meet our guide in the morning at Pitsanuloke.

    At Phitsanulok visit Wat Sri Mahathat, a famous temple which hosts one of the most beautiful Buddha statues in Thailand -   Phra Budhachinnaraj on the banks of the Nan River. You have the opportunity to see the local museum and a Buddha factory at Baan Jatawee.

    Transfer to Sukhothai, Thailand's Ancient first capital. Dinner and overnight at your hotel in Sukhothai.

  • Day 02

    Sukhothai (B)

    Full day visit the world heritage site of Sukhothai National Park with its impressive temples, monuments and ruins dating back to the 13th century. Visit Sukhothai Historical Park. Enjoy cycling around the historical park to visit the ancient ruins. Lunch at local restaurant.
    Overnight at hotel in Sukhothai.

  • Day 03

    Sukhothai – Lampang (B)

    After breakfast at your hotel head to Sri Satchanalai National Park, the ancient Northern protective city of Sukhothai.

    Explore the ancient ruins of Sri Satchanalai. Some impressive ruins to be seen are Wat Chang Loom, a beautiful stupa surrounded by elephants, Wat Chedi Jet Theaw and Wat Sri Mahathat. Continue the trip to Hardseaw Market where you may purchase some souvenirs. Lunch at local restaurant.

    Transfer to Lampang, visit Wat Lampang Luang a temple built in ancient Burmese architectural style.

    Overnight at Hotel in Lampang.

  • Day 04

    Chiang Mai (B)

    After breakfast at hotel, you are off to see an Elephant Conservation Center and Elephant Hospital. Watch these gentle giants take their daily bath and demonstrate log hauling and other activities. An optional elephant ride can be arranged with the tour guide. Continue to Lamphun and visit Wat Phratat Hariphunchai dating back to the 9th century, one of the most sacred temples of the country. Lunch at local restaurant.

    Continue on to Chiang Mai and visit a Lanna village where skills producing traditional Thai handicrafts have been handed down from generation to generation. The much sought after hand made products are Bamboo umbrella making, Silk and cotton weaving and traditional painted pottery to name a few. Transfer to your hotel in Chiang Mai.
