This is an exceptional 3-day trek, great scenery, and the hill tribe villages are only accessible on foot. On the first night you sleep at a Karen Hill tribe village and the second night you sleep at a Lahu village. The elephant ride through the jungle and the bamboo rafting adventure you will not forget. There are some inclines that are quite strenuous but the effort is well worth it.

DAY 01 Chiang Mai/Mae Malai/Hot Spring/Karen Hilltribe village (L/D)
08:00 am hotel Chiang Mai pick up from where you head off to visit a local market to shop for food and personal trekking items. Continue on a scenic road and stop for a short visit at a beautiful waterfall. Lunch is served at a Hot-spring where you can relax before trekking. The trek commences though beautiful jungle and local farmland scenery where you have the opportunity to see Thai farming communities. Continue your trek to a Karen hill tribe village where you can explore Karen hilltribe life. Evening dinner is a great experience at a villager?s house, after dinner stay over night in the village in a Karen family's teak house. (basic items provided are: mosquito net and sleeping sheet).
DAY 02 Karen Hilltirbe village/Elephant Camp/Hilltirbe village (B/L/D)
After breakfast start trekking through beautiful jungle to a jungle elephant camp for lunch, after lunch take an elephant ride along the jungle mountainside to a Lahu hilltribe village, where we stay over night. Dinner is served before relaxing at the village.
DAY 03 Hill tribe village/Rafting/Shan village/Chiang Mai (B/L)
After breakfast you will have an exciting and scenic journey meandering down the river passing light rapids on bamboo raft until you reach the village pick up point where lunch is served. After lunch transfer back to your hotel in Chiang Mai. End of service
