Payments are accepted by Money Transfer, Credit Card Payment or PAYPAL

For cancellations and no show of confirmed arrangements , a cancellation fee will be charged according to charges incurred.

If you cancel 30 or more calendar days prior to scheduled departure date you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 29 and 15 calendar days prior to scheduled departure date you will be charged a 75% cancellation fee.
If you cancel 14 or less calendar days prior to scheduled departure date you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

No Show will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

Refunds will be processed within a period of 30 days only, No further claims will be considered after a refund case is finalized and paid.
